Resorts Hotel and casino is the best hotel and casino in Atlantic City. Each time i visit. All of the staff from the parking,check in,floor personnel, restaurants, stores and house keeping are extremely professional and courteous.
In order to receive complimentary tickets for a show or event, you must receive a complimentary ticket offer and RSVP. Reserved tickets can be picked up at the Ocean Casino Resort Box Office on the day of the show and are guaranteed up until 90-minutes prior to show-time.
Reserved complimentary tickets are guaranteed up until 90 minutes prior to showtime. Tickets can be picked up at the Ocean Casino Box Office beginning at 12PM on the day of the show.

Everyone requires a ticket to enter. Ovation Hall events are All Ages unless otherwise noted.
Will Call
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the Ocean Casino Resort Box Office located on the casino floor. You must present a valid government issued photo ID with the credit card used for the ticket purchase.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party to deliver tickets.
Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event, guests can visit the box office and present their identification to have their ticket reprinted.
Show Days are 1 pm until 30 minutes after the headliner hits the stage.

All guests must have a ticket regardless of age. Appropriate adult supervision is required. Some performances may not be suitable for young children and venue management reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason. Children of any age may NOT attend a concert of performance deemed 18 or 21 to enter.
Ovation Hall offers a wide variety of beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any outside food or alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol, guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase. Must be 21 or older. Please drink responsibly.
Venue security is located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.

Yes, Ocean Casino Resort has a nightclub and dayclub scene, featuring a rotation of the best global DJs and celebrities.
Casino credit is a way to secure funds from your checking account for your pleasure at our table games and slot machines. There are no fees or service charges of any kind to use your Ocean Rewards credit line. Minimum credit line starts at $500.
If you play slot machines, you would proceed to the casino cage, present your ID and ask for a marker. You can sign a marker for any amount up to your available credit limit. The cashier will then issue you cash or a slot voucher to play with. If you play table games, you would proceed to the game of your choice (excluding poker room) and ask a dealer for a marker. The table games supervisor will issue your chips to play with.
Markers that have been issued to you during your stay are considered to be counter checks and have deposit dates based on their face value.
• Markers up to $1,000 will be deposited to your checking account in 7 calendar days
• $1,001 up to and including $5,000 will be deposited in 14 calendar days
• $5,001 and above will be deposited in 45 calendar days
Smaller markers may be consolidated at the end of your trip in person at the casino cage for additional time. The consolidated marker’s deposit date will be based on the final amount, beginning with the issue date of the oldest marker.

Comp dollars expiration will vary based on your Ocean Rewards Club Card tier. After six months of inactivity your comp balances will expire (three months for blue tier).
After three months of inactivity your same day free play balances will expire.

Ocean Casino Resort offers scooter and wheelchair rentals through Mobility On Wheels. Mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs are $40 plus tax per day for the first and second day, and $20 plus tax each day thereafter. Manual wheelchairs are $15 plus tax per day for the first and second day, and $8 plus tax each day thereafter. Manual wheelchairs are free of charge for the entire trip when a state issued disability card is presented. Ocean Casino Resort has over 20 dining outlets throughout our property to accommodate all of your dining needs. For this reason, we do not allow outside food or beverage on property. Only 12” x 12” coolers used for medicinal purposes will be allowed up to the hotel rooms. You will be permitted to bring one (1), six (6) pack of beer or one (1) bottle of wine/champagne per hotel room.
